1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Crevo Studio's thumbnail design services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Provided

Crevo Studio provides professional thumbnail design services for YouTube creators and personal brands. Services include custom thumbnail creation, Unlimited A/B testing variants, unlimited revisions, and strategic consultation based on the selected package.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required upfront before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon
• Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be subject to change with notice
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Monthly subscriptions or retainer agreements may be available for recurring services

4. Revisions and Refunds

Unlimited Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions on all packages to ensure you're satisfied with the final product. Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe and relate to the original project scope.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun. However, we will work with you to ensure satisfaction through our unlimited revision policy. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon full payment, you receive full commercial rights to use the final thumbnail designs for your YouTube channel and related promotional purposes.

Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless you request otherwise.

Source Files: Source files (if applicable) are provided based on your selected package. Source files remain our property unless otherwise specified.

6. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are specified per package (typically 24-48 hours). While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines are estimates and may be affected by project complexity, revision requests, or client responsiveness. Rush projects may incur additional fees.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project information and requirements
• Supply necessary assets (images, branding materials) in a timely manner
• Respond to communications and revision requests promptly
• Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide to us
• Use the delivered work in accordance with applicable laws and platform guidelines

8. Limitation of Liability

Crevo Studio provides design services but cannot guarantee specific performance results (views, CTR, etc.). While we optimize thumbnails for performance, actual results depend on many factors outside our control including content quality, audience, and platform algorithms.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. For ongoing retainer agreements, termination requires 7 days' notice. Work completed prior to termination must be paid for in full.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
